Text messaging program terms

1. Program description

David's Collision & Hail Repair offers a service-related text messaging program (the "Program"). If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive conversational and service-related SMS messages from us, including:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Repair status updates

Vehicle pickup notifications

Links to review or electronically sign documents

Occasional customer-care messages such as review requests

2. How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our intake form at colli-sync.vercel.app/intake/davids-collision. The box is unchecked by default and displays the required disclosures before you agree. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per repair visit.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

5. How to opt out

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

6. Help

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your information — including your mobile number — is described in our Privacy Policy at davidscollision.com/privacy-policy. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new effective date.

General

All repair services are subject to the written estimate or work authorization you sign. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
